Hence once completed, you will experience relaxation and joy. They are usually divided into two segments. The first one is often very active as to release accumulated tensions followed by a passive part which makes you experience your inner being. We also learn simple meditation techniques that you can easily apply in your daily life.

In this course we take time and space for ourselves and come home to ourselves. You will gain insight into what meditation is and you will be introduced to different doorways to meditation so that you can find the best way that suits you and you can take it further after the course.
We experience OSHO active meditations, passive meditations from OSHO the Book of Secrets, meditations from Buddha and Zen, short meditation techniques and relaxation techniques that you easily integrate into your daily life.
